Seats for Soldiers Night: Monday, January 12, 2009 vs. the Toronto Raptors
The Celtics will host Seats for Soldiers night at the Garden in partnership with the Massachusetts Army National Guard on Monday, January 12, 2009 vs. the Toronto Raptors! We invite season ticket holders to join the Celtics in donating tickets for the game on January 12 and give back to the brave men and women who serve our country. Tickets will be distributed to men and women in all branches of the armed services.
To donate your tickets to Seats for Soldiers:
- Log onto Account Manager
- Click 'Forward Your Tickets to Charity'
- Check Jan. 12 game vs. Toronto
- Click Forward
- Select 'Donate Tickets to Charity' - tickets will be forwarded directly to the Shamrock Foundation and distributed to members of one of the five branches of the armed services
- Click Continue
- Click 'Donate Tickets' to complete donation

All ticket donations are tax deductible to the extent allowed by law. The Celtics will mail an acknowledgment of the donation in February 2009. Please consult your tax advisor to determine the deductibility. A minimum of two (2) tickets is required.
Shamrock Dreams Ticket Donation Program
The Boston Celtics "Shamrock Dreams" is a season ticket holder community donation program that allows you, the season ticket holder, to donate any number of game tickets* to children who may not otherwise have the opportunity to experience a game. The Boston Celtics Shamrock Foundation will distribute your generously donated tickets to charitable organizations throughout the Boston area.
Ticket donations may be submitted until 11 a.m. on game day (for weekday games) or 11 a.m. on the previous business day (for weekend games). You can easily donate your tickets through Account Manager online by following these simple steps:
- Log into Account Manager in the box above using your Account ID and Pin.
- Click on "Forward your tickets to charity."
- Check the boxes next to the seats you'd like to donate, then click "Forward."
- Select "Donate tickets to charity" and click "Continue" to complete your donation.
*Note: All ticket donations are tax deductible to the extent allowed by law. Please consult your tax advisor to determine the deductibility. A minimum of two (2) tickets is required per donation.
